Custom UV DTF Vehicle Decals on a Wrapped Van

This project showcases a custom vehicle branding concept produced by PLUKRAY using UV DTF decals applied over an existing automotive vinyl surface.

The design combines a large premium-style logo with a long decorative graphic running across the side of the van. Gold metallic-style details, dark marble textures and iridescent colour effects create a distinctive finish without covering the entire vehicle.

Instead of a conventional full vehicle wrap, the branding is focused on a few carefully positioned elements, allowing the original vehicle colour and existing vinyl surface to remain visible.

UV DTF Decals Applied on Vehicle Vinyl

One of the key features of this project is the way the graphics are applied.

The custom UV DTF decals are transferred directly onto the prepared vehicle vinyl surface. This allows detailed artwork, logos, decorative patterns and strong colour effects to be added without producing a complete printed vehicle wrap.

The Finished Result
